Exchanges & returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange or return of unused pieces with original tags and packaging. The first size exchange ships free.
Shipping & lead times
In-stock orders ship within 2 business days. Standard shipping is a flat rate shown in your bag and at checkout, and orders above the free-shipping threshold displayed there ship free. Studio pickup is always free.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept credit and debit cards; customers in Brazil can split the total into up to 6 interest-free installments. Prices are shown in US dollars when browsing in English and in Brazilian reais in Portuguese, and you are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. Your card number never reaches our servers.
Terms of use
An order is confirmed only once payment is approved; until then, pieces are not reserved. Prices and availability can change without notice, but an approved order is honored at the price paid. If you buy from Brazil, article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code lets you cancel an online purchase within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, in addition to our 30-day exchange policy. These policies and Brazilian law govern every order, with jurisdiction at the customer's domicile.
Privacy
Tharisuu Couture is the controller of the personal data you share with us: name, contact details, delivery address and order history. We use it only to process and deliver orders, answer your messages and, if you subscribe, send the newsletter. It is shared solely with the providers needed for that: Stripe (payment), shipping carriers (delivery) and our email service (notifications). The site uses only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage (session, bag, language) and no advertising trackers. You may request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, at any time through the email on the Contact page; we answer within 15 days. Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires (5 years in Brazil).
Care instructions
Our knits ask for a gentle cold-water wash, drying in the shade, and no bleach. That keeps color and fit intact for a lot longer.
